For students choosing incremental memberships, we highlight the student’s name on our ’sign-in’ sheets and provide verbal reminders when a student’s membership due date is approaching or has arrived. However, this seems to cause confusion for some students. A small percentage of students interpret the ‘Tuition Due Date’ as the last day that they can attend classes. The Tuition Due Date is actually the date that a student’s tuition is due to keep their enrollment current. This is not a ‘soft’ date, and students cannot attend classes once their Tuition Due Date has arrived or has past.
All students and parents should consider enrolling via our ‘EasyPay’ option. This is the most convenient option for committed students who want to maintain a continuous enrollment for a duration of time. In addition to receiving a discounted monthly payment, this option also locks the student’s tuition rate in for as long as they are enrolled with it. This means that their monthly tuition will not increase when tuition is raised periodically. EasyPay is not the best choice for students who do not maintain steady attendance throughout the year.
For more information on any of these tuition options please see the Chief Instructors.
