Please remember that class reservations are only valid if the student has an active membership, or payment is submitted for enrollment. Please contact us if re-enrollment is needed or if you would like your child to do more than three classes per week in Karate.

Submit

Please ensure that your child(ren) are actively enrolled for the fall season to validate you class selections.
For NEW STUDENTS, please visit our Getting Started page. For students already enrolled via EasyPay or otherwise through September 2025, nothing more is required.

For students who need to re-up their enrollment, this may be done in any of the following ways:

By completing and submitting an EasyPay form, available at this link. This is the most convenient payment method, and it also locks in your discounted tuition rate for as long as you stay on it. Completed forms may be sent via message, email, mail, or simply submitted at the ZenQuest front desk.
By calling 413-637-0656 to provide payment information.
By submitting payment in person at the ZenQuest front desk.

Here is a link to our Children's Tuition Guide for reference. There are no changes to tuition rates at this time.
