ZenQuest is the longest running martial arts school in the Berkshires*. ​We offer classes in Okinawan Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Thai Boxing for adults and children**. 
We also have a program specifically designed for Law Enforcement called LEJJ, a self-defense class for women called PSW, and special training for Mixed Martial Arts.

​We're conveniently located in the Lenox Commons Plaza on Pittsfield Road (Route 7).
