ZenQuest is the longest running martial arts school in the Berkshires*. ​We offer classes in Okinawan Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Thai Boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts for adults and children**.  We also have a program for specifically designed for Law Enforcement officers called LEJJ and a self-defense class for women called PSW.  
​We're conveniently located in the Lenox Commons Plaza on Pittsfield Road (Route 7).
