Our rank promotions are recognized internationally under the Okinawa Karatedo Association, the Demian Maia Jiu-jitsu Association, and the Sityodtong Muay Thai Affiliation. Although the majority of students do not compete we are the home of a very successful competition team. Our certified instructors are experienced and knowledgeable, and will help you achieve your goals!

We are observing intelligent safety measures for our students with emphasis on cleaning, sanitizing, and limiting class sizes. Students with symptoms of illness are encouraged to refrain from attending classes until well again. We are not doing trial classes at this time, but you are more than welcome to visit the school, meet the instructors, and watch a class or two if you like. Come join us for a routine of fitness, focus, and fun!
